Return Policy:
- Returned items must be approved by the shop owner. Once the item is returned, a full refund will be issued. Please note that the cost of the returned shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Orders made to your specifications or clearly personalized with your name or logo can not be returned
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. For a full refund the item must be returned in its original state and undamaged.
Cancellation Policy:
If an order has not yet been sent to production, it can be canceled without issue. If the product is already in production, you cannot cancel or modify it. Please message for status of product.- You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days after submitting your order without giving any reason for doing so.
*If item has been sent back to us for any reason, there will be a re-postage fee to re-sent item.
